Our welding department is centered around
a knowledgeable staff and three state of the art MIG welding
robots to accomplish most
of your welding requirements. We build our own fixtures to accommodate
your parts.
Welding Capacities
- Two welding cells with a 20 foot track for larger components
- One
welding cell with an 8 foot welding envelope
- Manual MIG welding

- 120 KVA rockerarm spot, from 200-600 amps, can spot-weld
formed sheet parts, tube to sheet, or crossbar weldments
customized to your specific requirements

Robotic Welding
- 8 feet diameter
- Envelope 5 feet x 20 feet
- Customize fixtures can be rotated
either vertically or horizontally to increase the area of
your part under our
robots.
